Manager Edoardo Artaldi reveals Novak Djokovic's greatest qualities

Manager Edoardo Artaldi revealed he thinks Novak Djokovic's generosity and determination are his greatest qualities. Artaldi has been Djokovic's long-time manager and both took part in an event organized by Lacoste.

During the event, Artaldi was asked to name some of the best qualities of his client. "Tough to say because he has more than one. If I can choose one from his tennis profession and one from his private life, I would say, his determination on one side and on the other his generosity."

Artaldi and Djokovic have been working together for a very long time and the Serb has nothing but good words to say about his manager. "Eduardo, he is more than an agent to me. He is a family member. He is a friend. He is like an older brother and a father figure as well you know," Djokovic said.

In 2008, Djokovic became a Grand Slam champion for the first time after beating Jo-Wilfried Tsonga in the Australian Open final. "I think the first Grand Slam that we won together, you know in Australia.

For me, also it was a very special one because it was the first Grand Slam together." 14 years later, Djokovic is a 20-time Grand Slam champion. Djokovic is now focused on winning the French Open as he is hoping to match Rafael Nadal's record of 21 Grand Slams.

"Well, I mean, I think with rankings and the way I've been playing in the last few weeks, I would rate myself as one of the favorites," Djokovic said. "I don't obviously spend too much time thinking who's going to win it or who might have the best chance.

I always think about myself." Djokovic captured his second French Open title a year ago and he beat Nadal en route to winning the crown.
