Serbian Davis Cup team captain Viktor Troicki is fully confident that there are no limits to what the Serbian team can achieve with Novak Djokovic available. Last week in Valencia, Serbia clinched a place for the Davis Cup Final 8 in Malaga, which is taking place between November 21-26.
Just days after winning the US Open, Djokovic came to Valencia, where he helped Serbia make it past the Davis Cup Finals Group stage. "We believe in our team, with Novak we can do anything. I hope that the other players will be fully prepared not only for the quarterfinals, but for the entire final tournament.
I hope for the best," Troicki told Sport Klub.

Troicki confident Serbia can win the Davis Cup title with Djokovic
On Tuesday, Serbia learned that they will be battling against Great Britain for a place in the semifinal of the Davis Cup Final 8.
"The British really have a lot of players, they mixed in singles. Nori and Evans are at the top, Draper is coming back, he can play well. Murray with such experience certainly helps the team a lot. They also have a good doubles team.
In my opinion, Great Britain is a really an uncomfortable team (to play against)," Troicki said. In 2010, Djokovic and Troicki led Serbia to their first and lone Davis Cup title. In 2023, Djokovic is still an active player while Troicki captains their Davis Cup team.
Last week, Djokovic highlighted that winning another Davis Cup title is his priority. "My priority will be winning the Davis Cup. I hope it will come step by step. The first step was taken without me by winning against South Korea with 3:0 two days ago.
I came here to contribute to the overall triumph of Serbia. The goal is to qualify for the final tournament in Malaga and to go where we didn't play last year," Djokovic told Sport Klub.
