Novak Djokovic seems to have a good time at Wimbledon and frankly we don’t really feel that he had an operation less than 20 days ago. It sounds like a lie but the Serbian is in great shape and he showed it today in a training session where he managed to win a set against neither more nor less than Frances Tiafoe, yet without any physical glitch on his side.

Nole is therefore accelerating his preparation for Wimbledon 2024 and everything suggests that he will be ready to compete in the British Grand Slam.

World number two Novak Djokovic also shared moments of complicity with other players on the facilities of the All England Club as for example with Carlos Alcaraz whom he met on the spot and to which he would have confessed: "I make tests. I have progressed quickly. You young people are monsters."

Nole also met Karen Khachanov on Tuesday for a training session and the complicity and good mood were the words of the day, yet another clue that Djokovic seems to feel very fit both physically but also morally.

During a recent interview with, ATP legend John McEnroe praised Nole: “Novak has not only equalled them [Federer and Nadal] but surpassed them in overall achievements, which seemed impossible.

He’s the villain, the bad guy. I guess you need a good guy and a bad guy in a way. It can help the sport when you have rivalries like that.

You know, when people want to see the underdog or someone else winning, he somehow uses that as fuel to help him. That’s an incredible quality which you can’t underestimate.”

Novak Djokovic is training at Wimbledon with the aim of playing the tournament, but he explained that he would only participate if his body tells him that he is able to reach the last rounds and possibly win the tournament: 'The truth is, I’m not surprised to be here, my plan from the beginning has always been to try to participate in Wimbledon, so that’s exactly what I’m trying to do.”
