Novak Djokovic sets out a lawsuit against state government of Rio de Janeiro!

Last December Novak Djokovic set out a lawsuit against State government of Rio de Janeiro. Accofding to ESPN Brasil, Brazilian city is $164.000 in debt with the World No. 1 for the exhibition he played against Gustavo Kuerten in 2012.

The total number to pay is around $280.000, and until today Novak hasn't seen even half of that money. The payment was divided in three periods also because govern ha had some expenditure to be covered to make the event possible.

Knowing how much Djokovic is a gentleman, he could donate it to charity. The Serb is returning from the Australian Open final against Andy Murray and will play ATP 500 Dubai next week. This year so far he won 11 matches and lost zero.

It's a busy part of the year for him, since after Dubai he will prepare to play Davis Cup tie against Kazakhstan in Serbia and then Indian Wells and Miami, where he is the defending champion. ALSO READ: Nick Kyrgios: ´I´m different player. Djokovic is the most difficult player to beat´
