What a sportmanship by Novak Djokovic: 'I wish you fast recovery, Kei Nishikori'

Great sportmanship on Twitter by Novak Djokovic. The World No. 2 has sent a beautiful message to the Japanese Kei Nishikori, who was forced to withdraw from his quarter-finals match against the Serbian on Friday due to a wrist injury that has been influencing him since Miami.

'Not an easy decision Kei Nishikori, but health is priority', Djokovic tweeted. 'Wishing you fast recovery and hope to see you in Rome!'

In press conference Nishikori spoke about his issue and said: 'My wrist still not hundred percent.

I don't want to risk it too much today. I have next week and the French, too. I want to get back hundred percent and to fight again every match. I think today I won't be able to play hundred percent. So unfortunate to pull out.

It's been taking a long time, from Miami. So I don't want to go too hard on my wrist.' Djokovic reached his fourth semifinal in Miami since when it was played on clay (2009). Tomorrow he will face Rafael Nadal for the 50th time in his career.
