American former world No. 1 Jim Courier believes that Serbian tennis superstar Novak Djokovic has brought his top form to the Nitto ATP Finals event. Five-time ATP Finals champion Djokovic has been magnificent so far this week at The O2 Arena, beating American John Isner and world No.
5 Alexander Zverev in his opening two matches at the season-ending tournament. World No. 1 Djokovic impressively handled big-serving Isner in his ATP Finals opener as he broke the American three times on his way to capturing a 6-4 6-3 win.
The 14-time Grand Slam champion then had no problems against rising German star Zverev as he dropped just five games en route to a comfortable 6-4 6-1 win over the former world No. 3. "This is Novak in full flight....full aura," Courier said on Tennis Channel of Djokovic in London, as revealed by Randy Walker.
Djokovic entered the ATP Finals as the top favorite to win it all due to his superb form an outstanding second half of the season. In his final Round Robin match, the Serb will be taking on 2014 US Open champion Marin Cilic.
