Tsitsipas: 'I will have to be double focused against Novak Djokovic'

Stefanos Tsitsipas defeated Hubert Hurkacz 7-5 3-6 7-6 to reach the Shanghai Masters quarter-finals and book a quarter-final clash against Novak Djokovic. "I think the serve helped me to stay in the match, third set was really close, and in the tie-break I remained calm and compounded", said Tsitsipas on his keys for the win speaking to Craig Gabriel of Rolex Shanghai Masters.

"The calmer you are, the more chances you have to win. It's about the energy you get and the one you give. You have to try to find a solution to your problems. Calmness is the number one for me." On the Chinese fans, the Athens native added: "They are very quiet, nothing compared to the fans I had in Davis Cup.

I have a lot of fans here. I opened my Weibo account a few days ago. They seem very happy, they value it a lot and they give me gifts which I really like. They bring a lot of joy, energy." On the match against Djokovic, who he lost to in this year's Madrid final, the 21-year-old concluded: "He is very solid.

He can play everything anywhere. I will be ready for my chances, be aggressive, be there on the court. My concentration has to be double than it was today and not give free points."
