Former world No. 7 Richard Gasquet has dropped a major praise on the Big Three as he believes they are the "three best players" in the history of tennis. The Big Three group -- which consists of Novak Djokovic, Rafael Nadal and Roger Federer -- have dominated the Tour over the last decade and a half.
The Big Three domination has been at its best on the Grand Slam level for the past several years as there hasn't been a Major champion outside the group since Swiss Stan Wawrinka won the US Open title in 2016.
Richard Gasquet: "Tennis is the worst sport with such a crisis"
How do you live the domination of these three men?
Gasquet, 33, has a losing record against each member of the Big Three Group -- it has been especially tough against world No. 2 Nadal as he has lost each of 16 matches played against the Spaniard.
Has the slowdown in surfaces accentuated this domination?
Djokovic would have won the same, Federer too. Nadal may have lost one or two more matches, but it's debatable. It is simply an extraordinary generation.
Will we see three giants like them again?
I don't think so, no.
