Novak Djokovic is a 24-time Major champion! The Serb defeated Daniil Medvedev 6-3, 7-6, 6-3 at Arthur Ashe Stadium after three hours and 16 minutes of a grueling battle, conquering another Major crown and cementing his GOAT status.

Novak had to work hard to beat the 2021 champion, prevailing in the crucial moments and becoming the oldest US Open winner, taking the record away from Ken Rosewall. Djokovic finishes his 2023 Major campaign with a 27-1 score, suffering the only loss in the Wimbledon final to Carlos Alcaraz.

The Serb played better behind the first and second serve, losing serve once and keeping the pressure on the other side.
