Novak Djokovic once screamed primitively to "horrible driver" Rafael Nadal

Matthew, the brother of Julie Klam, author of the book "The Stars in Our Eyes: The Famous, the Infamous, and Why We Care Way Too Much about Them", told her sister a funny anecdote involving Rafael Nadal and Novak Djokovic.

In 2007, according to Julie's book, Matt went out with a 20 years old Rafael Nadal through Miami. "Matt said Rafa was reading a young adult novel and he was having a really hard time with English. He was a horrible driver (he almost ran people over) but insisted on taking the wheel.

He drove them to them to the tennis center in Key Biscayne, and they pulled into a space right next to Novak Djokovic, who rolled down his window and let out a primitive funny scream that Nadal answered. They were two friends, happy to see each other," Julie Klam writes in the book.

The worst countries for driving according to Nadal

Interviewed by Auto Pais, Rafael Nadal was once asked in which country people drove the worst in his opinion as a man who has been traveling over the world for many years.

"I don't know if I should say it because I go there in a couple of weeks, but in some places of Italy they don't know security level in the car," said Nadal speaking obviously about Rome. But Italians are not the only "unfair" country: "India is another complicated country where you have always to look at the whole sides, the only rule that works there is the clacson (honking) one.

Sometimes in such countries you are like 'it's unbelievable that we didn't have a pile up.' " For Nadal, in the past driving has been a problem due to knee issues: "Going from Palma to here (Manacor), it takes 45 minutes, but I had to stop in order to spread my legs due to too much pain."
