Rafael Nadal: ´It´s impossible to stop Djokovic. Roland Garros? There are four very important events before´

Rafael Nadal is practicing at full speed in Manacor on clay ahead of the Monte Carlo Masters which will start for him from 13th April, Wednesday. Rafa does not want to set goals before the clay-court season: 'Every tournament is an opportunity.

I am happy with the way I am playing and practicing. In Indian Wells, I played at a very high level and with confidence, and after that I could not give continuity, I was dehydrated,' he said in an interview to IB3. 'The goal is to play well, be ready and get better week after week.

Tournaments on clay are favourable [to me]. In the past I was going pretty good there. I had the best successes of my career, but these events are tough since the first round. Roland Garros? It's far away. Before, there are four very important tournaments.

In my career I have done nothing but think day-by-day. That's the way to realize important things.' Two months after the second Grand Slam, are to be the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro and Rafa is one of the biggest candidates to be Spain's flagbearer: 'I do not decide it.

If I will have to do it, I will be excited but there are many sportsmen who deserve that recognition. I hope to be the flagbearer, Olympics 2012 had been the toughest withdrawal.' Finally about Novak Djokovic's domination he declared: 'There is much difference between him and the rest.

It's impossible to stop him and you have to congratulate him. When you are very good and you have nothing that stops you, like injuries, it becomes a lethal combination.' ALSO READ: An ´oversized´ Rafael Nadal on a London bus (PICS INSIDE)
