ATP Cincinnati - Entry list: Federer wants 8th title, Djokovic comes back

ATP Masters 1000 Cincinnati, hard-courts (13-20 August 2017) Roger Federer bids to win his eighth title in Ohio. The Swiss player, who didn't play here last year due to knee injury, is one of the top 44 ranked players to enter in the American event entry list.

It will be a busy summer for Federer, who will play Rogers Cup in Montreal as well before US Open. Marin Cilic is the defending champion: last year he beat Andy Murray, 2011 and 2008 winner, in the final and he will try to triumph again.

Last year there wasn't Novak Djokovic either: the Serb, who lost all the five finals played, will try to achieve 'Career Masters 1000', it means to win every tournament of this category at least once in career. Among the favourites there is also Rafael Nadal, who won the only final played, in 2013, beating the home favourite player John Isner.

The World No. 44 Yuichi Sugita is the last player to enter directly in the main draw, while Borna Coric, who last year upset Nadal in straight sets at third round level, is the first alternate. Here below you can check the full entry list of the seventh Masters 1000 event of the year:
