As every year, Bob Carter and his wife Diana attended the Australian Open from the Roger Federer's box. The Swiss player has been booking air flight tickets and hotel rooms for them for more than a decade, in order to pay respect to Peter Carter, his former coach who died in 2002 following an accident.
Federer is very grateful to Carter, who 'had the biggest impact on me in terms of my technique. That’s what so many people talk about', the 20-time Grand Slam winner champion said. 'When they talk about my effortless style and technique, I guess.
