Kyrgios blames ‘hot chick’ for losing against Federer: ‘I’d marry her’

Nick Kyrgios revealed to his Laver Cup teammates that he lost the second game of the second set against Roger Federer because he was distracted by a good looking female from the stands in such a powerful manner that he was ready to offer her a marriage proposal.

After the Aussie won the first set’s tie-break, he started the second act in a pretty wobbly manner. He held his serve winning at 30, but then he was hurried by Roger with a textbook 40/0. After he survived a break point in the next game, Kyrgios confessed to Bjorn Borg and his colleagues what happened to him, but his audience didn’t look impressed.

"I lost concentration, I saw a really h*t chick in the crowd. Like, I'm being genuinely honest- I'd marry her right now. Right now”, Kyrgios told to Team World. Roger Federer managed to beat Kyrgios with 6/7, 7/5, 10/7.

The Swiss legend faced difficult moments against the Australian ‘bad boy’, but he admitted that he was saved by Rafael Nadal’s tips. "He saved me today. I think that is the true reason why he is the champion he is today, because he's not scared of changing a winning tactic, and he's also a big believer in investing”, Federer declared.
