Nick Kyrgios described playing doubles with Serena Williams as the most uncomfortable experience as he claimed Williams was trying to do everything while he felt he was better than her. Kyrgios, 26, played doubles with Williams at the International Premier Tennis League (IPTL) in 2014.
Back then, Kyrgios and Williams lost to Kirsten Flipkens and Daniel Nestor 6-3. "I’ve hit with Serena before,” Kyrgios said on his No Boundaries podcast, as quoted on Tennishead. “I played mixed doubles with her at IPTL and it was the most uncomfortable experience for me because she was trying to do everything.
“And I was like ‘I’m better than you.' ”
Kyrgios spoke extremely highly of Venus
Kyrgios also played mixed doubles with Venus and he described it as a great experience. "I had great moments with her in London.
She is a very nice person and she loves the NBA, as I do. I consider her a true legend and I would go to dinner with her," Kyrgios said of Venus in one of his past episodes on the No Boundaries podcast. In one of his episodes of his No Boundaries podcast, Kyrgios described how being away from his girlfriend for six months affected his performance on the court.
"With my first girlfriend, I was away from her for six months at a time,” Kyrgios said on the No Boundaries podcast, as quoted on News.com.au. “When you’re trying to perform at the highest level, you start missing someone like emotionally, physically and it becomes a sexual frustration.
“I’m on court and I can’t play because I’m a bit horny, if you know what I mean. “It doesn’t matter if you’re in an office job … If you’re not seeing your significant other, it affects you, your work, your mood, everything. “I was the moodiest motherf***** when I was away from my missus for that long."
