Serena Williams honors National Domestic Violence Awareness month

Former World No.1 Serena Williams has always been vocal about social causes and the American recently was recently at it again.

Williams has come up with an interesting idea to engage people into donating money to the All State Foundation’s annual fundraising competition – The Purple Purse Challenge.

To spread awareness on Domestic Violence, Serena has personally designed a custom, Italian leather purse to support the Foundation and every 10 Dollars donated to the Challenge will give people a chance to win that custom designed bag.

Serena even posed with the bag and posted it on Instagram. Here are the pictures!

In honor of National Domestic Violence Awareness Month this October, I’ve designed a custom, Italian leather purse to support my friends at @allstatefdn during their annual fundraising competition, the Purple Purse Challenge. Every $10 you donate to the Challenge earns you a chance to win one! A winner will be picked each week this month. All donations benefit the 2017 Purple Purse nonprofits and help provide critical resources to domestic violence survivors nationwide. The more you donate, the more you help survivors – and the more chances you have to win! So, get involved and donate today. Link in bio. #ad #domesticviolence #PurplePurse #DVAM
