Apostolos Tsitsipas gathered ideas about his and his son Stefanos Tsitsipas' season, and paves the way for the coming year: "We are working to offer better tennis and inspiration to all those who love tennis and life itself." A season perhaps not totally disappointing in terms of trophies won, second triumph in a row in Monte Carlo and first success on grass in Mallorca, but certainly below expectations given what he has shown he can do.

As proof of this, the elimination in the Round Robin of the Nitto ATP Finals in Turin, a tournament won in 2019.
