The North American tennis influencer Rachel Stuhlmann shared her thoughts regarding Jannik Sinner, one of the great young protagonists of this tennis season.

The Italian is one of the most interesting young talents on the world scene. In 2023 Sinner achieved important results, he was recognized as the absolute number one in Italian tennis and has recently become number 4 in the world.

In between many important victories, the latest coming in Beijing where Jannik first beat Carlos Alcaraz in the semi-final and then, for the first time in his career, the Russian Daniil Medvedev in the final. Despite this, especially in Italy, there are those who still criticize the young Italian champion and believe that he still needs great growth.

Rachel Stuhlmann is known by everyone in the world of tennis and its fans: she is not a tennis player but she is an influencer of our beloved sport and her shots lead to her being widely followed.

Rachel talked about Sinner and much more on the Match Point Canada podcast featuring her. Here are her words specifically: "Jannik Sinner is still a little underrated on the circuit, and it's Carlos Alcaraz's fault. He is all about Spanish. Jannik is the one who gives him the most trouble, besides Djokovic. We can say right now that he is his toughest opponent."

The girl, who has thousands of followers on social media, continues: "She's young and here in Canada she had a great victory this year. Then she won another title in Beijing and I think she's really starting to come into her own."

In recent weeks Sinner has obtained the pass for the ATP Finals in Turin, his true and great goal at the start of the season and Rachel then concludes: "If he manages to maintain himself in these conditions he should be included in the Slam fight, he can compete with Carlos Alcaraz and Novak Djokovic."
