Simone Vagnozzi, coach - together with Darren Cahill - of the young star Jannik Sinner, revealed the 22-year-old athlete's relationship with the coach's country of origin. Vagnozzi also revealed some background information regarding the young Italian tennis player, among wich one of his favourite food. "It happened that Jannik came to my region several times at various times.

Last year Sinner also spent two days in San Benedetto del Tronto (city of Italian region Marche - ed.), in May. He was lucky: he also found the right climate. Let's see with the various commitments to which he will be subjected and the training sessions on the calendar if he will be able to return.

These are not easy things to plan and organize. But I'll try," declared the Italian coach in the interview given to the website leggo.it. Vagnozzi declared what he will do in the days off before thinking about the 2024 season: "I'm going home.

I unplug for a few days. The next dream is to win a Slam. What did Jannik like about Marche? The 'arrosticini' (a late food, grilled sheep skewers - ed.), lots of them. He was extremely impressed! Jannik is a phenomenon in the true sense of the word, and above all a hard worker despite the skills and talent that mother nature has given him.

As for me, I have to be good at instilling in him a work path, a vision, the goals to be achieved."

And the collaboration between Sinner and Vagnozzi has already yielded important results

Coach Simone Vagnozzi is back in the spotlight with the results achieved in the last period by Jannik Sinner, who experienced a truly incredible season together with his staff.
