It seems that the forearm injury is just a memory for Carlos Alcaraz, who, like a steamroller, qualified for the quarterfinals of the Roland Garros by beating Felix Auger Alisassime in straight lines. Speaking on court after the match, the Spaniard analyzed the match against the Canadian, considering himself satisfied with the level expressed.

"I know that Felix is a great player. He played great tennis. For him the match was 3-2. I couldn't wait to be equal to him. We both showed great tennis today. I'm really happy to have won in the end. I'm really happy with my serve, my shots, my movements on the court," said the young Spaniard

Carlitos arrived at the Roland Garros without many matches on clay. Despite this, the young Spaniard is playing an excellent tournament, especially in relation to the forearm injury, which seems definitively over.

"We worked really well every day before coming here and every day here at the Roland Garros. After every practice and every match I was getting better and better. Here on Philippe Chatrier it's easy to play. The history of this court and this tournament is that it's better to play and arrive at 100%. It's a mix of both. I think the most important thing for me is to believe in myself. I just believe in myself with my team," he told.

Alcaraz also talked about yesterday's epic match between Novak Djokovic and Lorenzo Musetti.

"I was watching both of them. I was watching soccer on television too. But I was also watching Novak's match. It started too late. I won't lie! I watched the first set, until the 2nd set was 4-1, and then I had to go to sleep. I would have loved to watch it until the last dance. I woke up in the morning I saw it was an amazing match. I can't wait to be part of history on this pitch to play as many games as possible here," he explained.

I love this kind of I've watched a lot of Stefanos' matches lately. I know he's playing great tennis and he has a lot of confidence right now," he explained.
