If Jannik Sinner and Anna Kalinskaya are very reserved, there are other tennis players, like Anastasia Potapova, who often use their social media to document their life as a couple. The Russian is married to her colleague Alexander Shevchenko and, in a recent interview she explained the reasons behind the tennis couples.

"Why are there so many couples of tennis players today? Well, where else can girls meet a guy? I don't have time to go for walks and all the tennis players are constantly working on the Tour, you have tournaments and training. There is no other choice left , tennis men and women see each other and know each other," she told.

One of the last couples in tennis are, as mentioned, Sinner and Kalinskaya. The Russian tennis player Erika Andreeva told a background story about this new tennis couple: "In Madrid my sister Mirra told me: 'You won't believe it but I saw Anna and Sinner, they were walking the dog together!' So we weren't surprised by their announcement, I think it's a good match," she told.

After a few small rumors and some shots stolen from magazines, the Italian tennis player announced his relationship with the beautiful Russian tennis player Anna Kalinskaya. A surprising twist that few would have expected. Sinner seems very fond of her new partner for whom he had nice words in the conference and explained that he met her in 2024. Sinner and Kalinskaya are yet another couple created in the world of tennis.

The best known and now known to everyone is the one between Stefanos Tsitsipas and Paula Badosa but there are also other couples such as the one composed of Alex De Minaur and Katie Boulter or, indeed, the one recently married between Anastasia Potapova and Alexander Shevchenko.

About Kalinskaya. From Russia the young tennis player was at the center of controversy for her defeat in Paris against the Canadian Bianca Andreescu 1-6, 7-5, 6-3. 83-year-old Anna Dmitrieva, 18-time champion of the Soviet Union, said: "Kalinskaya, apparently, was in a hurry to return home to Sinner. She should have won because Andreescu, after a long absence from the courts, had not yet found his form her."

For Dmitrieva, Kalinskaya was too distracted with the 22-year-old Italian and ended up not performing at her best in the French competition.
