Improve and look forward. But also rest and have fun. Perhaps this is the secret that allows Carlos Alcaraz to rewrite the history of tennis at just 21 years old. Talent, training and smiles. Two sets were enough for the Spaniard to reach the second round of the Queen's Club Championships, after the victory in straight sets against Francisco Cerundolo. Carlitos dominated the first set 6-1 while he had some more difficulties in the second set, closed by the Spaniard 7-5.

In the on court interview, the Spaniard explained that, regardless of the tournament he plays and the playing surface, he must continue to learn and improve every day. Furthermore, Carlitos explained the importance of enjoying the days off from the Tour to recharge.

"It doesn't matter what tournament I'm playing in or everything I've achieved... I have to keep learning. I have to get better every day. Every time I step on a grass court, I have to learn to move better and play better. I feel like I'm still learning here. I have to enjoy my days off and celebrate everything. I think you just need it to take a break for your mind. To come back stronger and with a lot of energy. So I had 3 days, that's enough for me here with a lot of energy. I'm excited to move forward," he explained.
