With a 15 match win streak on clay and in the best form of his career, Andy Murray goes into the Roland Garros semi-final against Novak Djokovic with confidence. And even though the Scott has not been able to get past the Serbian in their last 7 meetings, the belief is at an all time high.
The Scott himself has shown confident in his abilities that he will be relying on the form that he has achieved over the past month to the best of his advantage on Friday. Pat Cash has joined the Murray belief camp and has voiced his opinion on the semi-final between the two.
Cash believes that Murray has had a clay court season but there could no better time like the present for the World No 3 to beat Djokovic and go one step further. "This is what Andy was hoping to achieve - a semi-final.
He's having a great clay-court season. "Of course Djokovic in the semi-final is going to be tough but they have turned out to be very good matches when these two have met. "Mentally, can he hang with Djokovic? I think the time is right for him to do that, but we'll soon see."
