Colombian doubles specialist Juan Sebastian Cabal enters the Nitto ATP Finals with a clear goal and that's to make it all the way with his partner Robert Farah and conclude their fantastic season with another big result.
Cabal, 33, and 32-year-old Farah claimed their maiden Grand Slam title at Wimbledon in July, before making a splash at the US Open two months later to earn back-to-back Major titles. The Colombians played five more finals this year and also claimed the main glory at the Rome Masters, Barcelona and Eastbourne, while they ended runners-up at the Cincinnati Masters and Sydney.
"This tournament is like the cherry on top. It’s the Disney World of tennis, it’s a unique event,” Cabal told the Nitto ATP Finals. “Believe me when I say we’ll do everything in our power to claim this title."
Cabal and Farah made the semifinal at The O2 Arena last year in their debut appearance as a team at the prestigious season-ending event, before losing to France's Pierre-Hugues Herbert and Nicolas Mahut.
