World No. 33 Borna Coric admits Nick Kyrgios has one the best serves on the Tour as he finds it incredibly tough to deal with the Australian's serve when they play. Recently, world No. 1 Novak Djokovic dropped a major praise on Kyrgios, saying the Australian has the best serve on the Tour.
"He (Kyrgios) has an unbelievable serve. It has everything -- a fast release, I can't see where he will serve or read it. His serve has a quick rhythm and I can't make or predict a split step," Coric said on the Podcast Incubator.
Coric, 23, and 25-year-old Kyrgios have played against each other four times and the head-to-head between the two stands at 2-2. "I have played against him and I think I have a positive record against him, I think I lead him 3-1 or 3-2.
It's unbelievably tough for me to play against him. He doesn't give you rhythm and he forces you out of your rhythm. I always prepare myself and I know what to expect so I don't really care about what he will do on the court," Coric said.
Coric added more praise on Kyrgios' name as he thinks the Australian is an entertaining character. "He is already incredibly fun and entertaining for tennis but I think it would maybe be even better if he got rid of some stuff -- I think he maybe sometimes crosses the line a bit with his humor.
I don't do that show stuff on the court but he is that type and I fully respect and understand that," Coric added.
