Soon after her wedding with millionaire Toni Iuruc ended, Simona Halep’s honeymoon destination was found out after one of her compatriots, Romanian Olympic champion Simona Radis, posted on Instagram a picture she took with Simona at an airport.
Radis is in Bodrum, Turkey, according to the Romanian publication Digi Sport. Therefore, since the two sportswomen collided ways, Halep should be somewhere close to the Turkish luxury resort. To back up the above allegations, Halep herself declared a few days ago that she will spend some time in Turkey.
“It’s the honey-week. In Turkey,” Halep said in an interview to TV channel Antena 1, as quoted by Libertatea, a Romanian daily.
Halep aims to play for three more years
Although Simona Halep is now married, she doesn’t plan to have children very soon.
"I want to play for another 2-3 years. Three years with little luck. Let's see how I’ll deal with the injuries. I really want to reach the top 10, but I don't know if it will happen again," said Halep, as quoted by Agerpres.
Halep’s wedding took place on Wednesday, September 15th, when she married Toni Iuruc, a 42-year-old Aromanian millionaire, who reportedly owns six firms, of which one focuses on advertising. The couple's bond is strengthened by the fact that they are both Aromanians, a Balkans-related nationality that includes famous figures such as Simona Halep, Gheorghe Hagi, a football legend, and Gheorghe Becali, the owner of FCSB football club.
