Carla Suarez Navarro and her partner Olga Garcia are expecting a baby! The former Spanish player has once again thrilled all tennis fans. Carla has in fact announced that she (or her partner) is three months pregnant and that, together with Olga, will embark on her motherhood journey with great enthusiasm.

So, Carla Suarez Navarro announces the pregnancy by writing: "Fantastic news!" The Spanish used her social profiles to update her fans and make this fantastic news public. She wrote on her Instagram account: "We wanted to announce that I am three months pregnant.

It is twelve weeks of tremendous joy to bring new life into the world. Both I and Olga García, my partner, feel a huge responsibility, it's a great pride to have taken this step and I was excited to share it with all of you.

This Tuesday we went for the first trimester ultrasound, to check that the pregnancy is progressing in the right direction."

She added: "Fortunately, the medical team confirmed that the gestation process is developing completely normally.

This is fantastic news for us and fills us with hope for the foreseeable future. What matters most to us right now, as to all people going through this moment, is that the pregnancy proceeds without complications and that the baby is in perfect condition." Suarez Navarro has won the biggest battle of his life against cancer.

In September 2021, the former world number 6 was diagnosed with Hodgkin's lymphoma. After months of treatment, the former Spanish player defeated the disease and greeted all her fans on the tennis court. Suarez Navarro played her last official tournament at the Billie Jean King Cup Finals with Spain.

The Spanish team, during that edition, failed to overcome Group C made up of the United States and Slovakia.
