Emma Raducanu will be taking part in the Hangzhou International Tennis Masters in June. Raducanu, who underwent multiple surgeries in March, is set to be out at least through the grass season. With that being said, Raducanu likely won't compete at the Hangzhou International Masters, which will be taking place between June 22-25.

However, Raducanu will still have a role. In Hangzhou, Raducanu will be joined by several tennis legends and a couple of local Chinese players. The Hangzhou lineup also includes Marat Safin, Juan Martin del Potro and David Ferrer.

On March 3rd, Raducanu announced she was having surgeries on both wrists and her left ankle.

In her announcement, Raducanu confirmed she would miss Wimbledon. Since the Hangzhou event is taking place in June, it's hard to imagine Raducanu playing in any capacity. Raducanu struggled with injuries for quite some time and she figured out that surgically addressing her problems was the best thing to do.

"It is safe to say the last 10 months have been difficult as I dealt with a recurring injury on a bone of both hands. I tried my best to manage the pain and play through it for most of this year and end of last year by reducing practice load dramatically, missing weeks of training as well as cutting last season short to try [to] heal it.

Unfortunately, it’s not enough. I’m having a minor procedure done on both hands to resolve the issues. I’m disappointed to share that I will be out for the next few months and while I am at it will have another minor procedure that is due on my ankle.

It pains me that I will miss the summer events and I tried to downplay the issues so I thank all my fans who continued to support me when you did not know the facts. Looking forward to seeing you all back out there," Raducanu said in early March.
