On Thursday, the former Wimbledon champion shared a new training video on her Instagram, showing her efforts. Halep's latest three Instagram posts are training videos. With this choice, Halep is sending everyone a clear message that she won't back down.
The London tribunal's latest update
The tennis world expected the verdict from the Sports Resolutions tribunal in London somewhere around the middle of July but the verdict hasn't yet come.
"As an independent tribunal, we are unable to comment on any aspect of our cases, whether proceedings have concluded or are ongoing. We take this approach on all cases that come to us. Thank you for your understanding and we apologize that we cannot provide you with more details at this time," the Sports Resolutions tribunal told Romanian publication Adevarul as quoted in one of our recent articles. The verdict could be given any day but delaying it doesn't favor Halep.
