Elena Rybakina says her new Porsche definitely won't be wasted as the Kazakh already has plans for how to use it despite not having a driver's license.

Last week, Rybakina had a pretty successful week in Stuttgart as she won her third title of the year and also landed herself a luxurious supercar - a Porsche Taycan Cross Turismo. For years, Porsche has been the main sponsor of the Stuttgart event and the winner takes home the prize money but also one of the latest Porsche supercars.

Rybakina now owns one of Porsche's top car models but there is one slight issue - the 24-year-old still hasn't gotten herself a driver's license. However, Rybakina has a plan as she will still take a ride in it with her mom or coach Stefano Vukov driving. Also, the car will likely move to Rybakina's Dubai residence.

"Well, I don't know yet (smiling). For sure I will drive it around, and we are thinking to have it in Dubai. So it's going to be for sure Stefano driving, maybe my mom, hopefully me soon. So yeah (smiling)," Rybakina said.

Rybakina to return to Germany in two months

After winning Stuttgart and having a great week in Germany, world No. 4 Rybakina plans to return to the country during the grass season. For now, Rybakina has signed up to play at a WTA 500 grass tournament in Berlin and there is also a chance that she will opt to play at a WTA 250 tournament in Bad Homburg.

"We were actually talking with the coach. I think, yes, I'm going to play Berlin and maybe Bad Homburg. We are still deciding, but of course I want to play a lot of tournaments on grass since it's my favorite surface for now (smiling)," Rybakina said.
