Pablo Carreno Busta Joins Equelite Juan Carlos Ferrero Academy

Tennis - 24-year-old Spanish tennis star Pablo Carreno Busta has joined the Equelite-Juan Carlos Ferrero Academy in Valencia, Spain as per his announcement on Twitter earlier today. Busta also said that he would be now managed by Samu Lopez and Cesar Fabregas, who are part of the Academy.

Carreno Busta is currently ranked 68th in the world and has been ranked as high as No. 49 in January this year. In 2013, he made the biggest jump in the Top 100 as he climbed more than 600 places in the rankings and was voted Most Improved Player of Year.

He is currently the tenth highest ranked Spaniard on the ATP Tour but the top-ranked Spanish player under the age of 25. Ferrero, a former World No. 1 in men's singles, used to train at the Academy as a youngster and is currently part of the Academy as well.
