New title sponsor for Paris Bercy Masters 1000 event that usually takes place in early November. The tournament will be named as Rolex Paris Masters for the next ten years. The Swiss brand, that has been the tournament' official watchkeeper since 2007, replaces BNP Paribas and enhances its important committment in the tennis world.
'This 10-year agreement with a brand as prestigious as Rolex confirms the tournament’s strong appeal and the FFT’s professionalism', the French tennis federation chief Bernard Giudicelli said through a statement on Monday. 'It will enable us to increase the standing of the world’s greatest indoor tournament and to take the event to the next level. Rolex is a tremendous signing for the Tennis Paris Masters and I would like to thank its CEO, Jean-Frédéric Dufour, for his confidence in and commitment to global tennis, as well as Arnaud Boetsch for his support.'
