In Italy the Longest Tennis Rally Ever: 12 hours and 37 minutes in a row!

History was written on June 11, 2017, in Grosseto, north of Italy. A new tennis record, as confirmed just a few days ago by World Guinness through its official website, was set. Amateurs Simone Frediani and Daniele Pecci played the longest tennis rally ever consisted of 51,283 strokes.

They both wore backpacks with water in to keep hydrated during the day, they started at 6:23 AM and finished at 7:00 PM, for 12 hours and 37 minutes in a row. A few months ago we wrote a similar story, about two German amateurs who played for 82 hours in a row.

They started on Thursday at 8:00 AM and finished at 6:00 PM on Sunday, stopping only for a few minutes during the night. ALSO READ: Roger Federer: 'ATP Finals is a priority. No. 1 Spot? If I play like this..'
