Nike revealed the main top players' outfits for the upcoming US Open, the fourth and last calendar Grand Slam of the year that takes place from 27 August to 9 September. Denis Shapovalov will wear an extremely cool outfit, wearing an orange and black coloured t-shirt. All orange outfit and black shorts instead for the defending champion Sloane Stephens, who won her maiden Grand Slam title last year beating her compatriot Madison Keys in the championship clash.
Adidas ambassador Dominic Thiem will instead wear a grey t-shirt, red shorts and grey shoes. The Austrian never went beyond the fourth round here, last year he lost to Juan Martin del Potro wasting match points and he will definitely be willing to go far in 2018.
Thiem recently commented on his loss to Stefanos Tsitsipas in Toronto. 'It's a little bit unlucky because I lost early in Kitzbuhel, which was very painful to me. But the good thing of it was that I arrived on Thursday here in Toronto', the worls No. 8 admitted. 'But still I couldn't practice because I got sick. So I didn't have enough time to prepare, plus my body got destroyed of this virus or what it was. And I don't really know where I am right now. And, yeah, I try to work my way up again for Cincinnati.'
