Larry Ellison invests with Universal Tennis

Larry Ellison, Oracle Executive Chairman and the Indian Wells Tennis Garden owner has become an investor and partner with the Universal Tennis. Oracle has been involved with tennis for years now and it is getting better and better with the Oracle Challenger Series and the multi-year partnership with the Intercollegiate Tennis Association.

Universal Tennis’ industry has involved TEAM8, Tennis Channel, Oracle, International Hall of Fame, World Team Tennis and others and with Ellison on the board, it will certainly reach another level in the following years.

Standing behind the UTR Powered by Oracle, Universal Tennis presents the innovative global tennis rating system that measures the results of the players around the world on all levels across a unified system. Universal Tennis has recently launched a fully-integrated tournament management system which is being adopted by elite tennis tournaments and clubs around the world, and it has been used to run thousands of tournaments.

This fall, Universal Tennis will launch its Community Platform that will help the players from the local communities to emerge under the unified ranking system.
