Former Wimbledon champion and six-time Grand Slam champion Boris Becker has got a restraining order against 41-year-old comedian Oliver Pocher. The reason for the same was Pocher's interview with RTL, during which he spoke critically about Becker's insolvency proceedings and accused him of 'criminal things'
According to Gala, Becker has now taken legal action against Pocher and Pocher may not make any accusations according to the court order by the district of Hamburg. The cold war started between the two when Pocher got together with Becker's ex-fiance Alessandra Meyer-Wölden.
This was followed by years of guerrilla warfare, mostly via social networks, in which the two took shots at one another not only professionally but also personally. Pocher also bought two trophies from Becker during an auction a few months earlier.
Boris Becker's lawyer, Christian-Oliver Moser, justifies the decision to take legal action against Oliver Pocher to GALA: "It is really sad that Mr. Pocher is trying hard to operate under the name of our client. Pocher apparently no longer manages to draw enough attention to other people with his own issues, which is already deplorable in itself, which is why Mr.
Becker has lately no longer responded to the constant insults with the allegedly serious allegation of criminally relevant behavior Mr. Pocher. However, we had to show him his limits which is why we have taken the court injunction."
