Eugenie Bouchard on Twitter: "Stop sending me 'dating resumes'!"

The prospect of spending several weeks, if not months, inside one's home, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, must be very boring and unnerving for everyone. Eugenie Bouchard is very active on social networks and in recent days she wrote many posts on her Twitter profile, one of whom said: "Not complaining, but I feel like quarantine would be a lot more fun with a boyfriend."

After that message, however, it seems that the situation quickly got out of hand to the Canadian tennis player, who later tweeted: "My agent just informed me you guys are sending 'dating resumes' to the email in my bio YALL NEED TO STOP" At the Australian Open, she did not qualify (she lost in straight sets against Martina Trevisan), while in the Newport Beach Challenger she won only three games in the first round match against the American Alexa Glatch.

Genie reached the 5th position of the WTA ranking in 2014, where she played the final at Wimbledon and the semifinals at the Australian Open and at the French Open. That was her super years, after that she wasn't able to recover her good tennis.

In the meantime, in these quarantine days, she is having fun with her fans on social media, tweeting and talking about different topics, the most popular of which, in fact, seems to be derived from the first post on quarantine and boyfriend!
