Monica Puig Graduates from Harvard University

Olympic gold medalist Monica Puig has graduated from Harvard University School of Business, where she was undergoing the #CrossoverIntoBusiness Program. The 26 year old Puig posted an update on her Instagram account, saying, "I’m a graduate!

I am so excited to implement all the tools that I learned from the #CrossoverIntoBusiness Program and face my future as a Harvard alumni! Thanks to the university for enhancing and strengthening my knowledge, as a human and as a business woman.

I also want to thank @anitaelberse for the opportunity. It was an honor and privilege." The Crossover Into Business Program is a semester long programme in which professional athletes develop their business acumen working with mentors from the academic department of the prestigious university.

A few tennis players in the past have also completed the program, including former World No. 1 Maria Sharapova.

¡Me gradué!
