Novak Djokovic clearly won his first round match of the Roland Garros 2020. Mikael Ymer did not manage to worry the Serbian champion at all and took home only five games, but on the other hand he played a crazy tweener and gained the support of the few fans present on the Philippe Chatrier.

When asked about the incident at the press conference, Djokovic joked and cheered those present: "The fan present in the stands was a childhood friend of mine. I sent him a kiss. I was very happy to see him there."

Only in the next few days, if the fan in question will show up on social media or release some interviews, will we be able to discover the truth. Djokovic nevertheless obtained an important victory and qualification for the second round of the Parisian Grand Slam.

In the last year and half, the rivalry between Roger Federer and Novak Djokovic has flared up all the time, especially after the Wimbledon 2019 final, won by the Serbian Champion after the Swiss Maestro failed two match-points on his service.
