It’s not every four years. It's every day.

Chip Kelly, the former head coach of the NFL's Philadelphia Eagles team, coined a highly effective motto when he coached the University of Oregon's Ducks: “Win Every Day.”

This means that every day is an opportunity for an athlete to be the best athlete they can be.

“If you are not giving your best, it means that you are giving your worst.”

This is a winning philosophy that should be embraced in order to achieve personal excellence and maximum competitiveness.

Maximum performance is what we should aim for every day. Excellence can only be achieved today, not yesterday nor tomorrow, because today and tomorrow do not exist in the present moment. Today is the only day in which to realize all your talent and maximize your performance.
