6 Things To Avoid After Training

You've just finished your workout, but we all know that training is only one part of a healthy lifestyle. All of your efforts can easily be sabotaged if you make a mistake, especially immediately after training.

Things to do after training

1. REMEMBER TO DRINK

It is better to take in easily digestible proteins and carbohydrates, as well as a decent amount of "good" fats, in order to repair your muscles and replenish nutrients. An ideal post-workout meal is sweet potatoes and eggs or a banana smoothie with peanut butter (without protein preparation). Instead of giving in to the temptation to eat a hamburger and fries, try these two recipes.
