We become what we think

Our thoughts are more than just thoughts. They are what guide us through life and define us. They mould our view of the world and those around us. It was the author, Napoleon Hill, who said that “whatever the mind can conceive and believe, it can achieve”.

The mind is a powerful tool when it comes to aspiring to success. Let's assume that a farmer owns hectares of fertile land and can plant whatever he wants. The land will make no difference, it will give back to the farmer what he has sown.

The human mind does the same thing. Follow me, every time thoughts are repeated, no matter whether positive or negative, the mind will give you back what you thought most of the time. Are your thoughts full of fear, anxiety and worries? Your mind will restore low self-esteem and a life of fear, anxiety and worries.

Are your thoughts full of joy and happiness? Your mind will return to you a happy life regardless of what happens to you. “THEREFORE, WE MUST CHECK OUR THOUGHTS” Success, poverty, wealth, self-esteem, failure, low self-esteem etc...

they are all the results of the thoughts you repeat most often. Self-control starts from the control of one's thoughts. The human mind is an excellent servant but a very bad master. It is essential to manage thoughts, thus defending one's dreams and goals from doubts and fears.

Imposing a direction to your thinking obviously requires a certain amount of energy, but for a whole day it will not take more than a digestion of a meal. “Choose your thoughts carefully because we become what we think most of the time”.

The mind is constructed in such a way so as to constantly try to transform every thought into concrete reality through the actions and things we think about most. Start directing your internal dialogue today only on what you want.

Will you be able to do it right away? No, but try again tomorrow. Can you do it tomorrow? No, not even then. It takes a lot of determination and perseverance but over time doing this will allow you to triple the objectives you achieve.

Buddha said “The mind is everything. What you think, you become”. There is truth in this statement. If you can control your mind, you can dictate the course of your life. You can either be held captive by your thoughts or set free by them. Whichever one you choose will determine the quality of your life.
