Tennis - Caroline Wozniacki can't seem to hang on to a coach. The former world no. 1 has split with her latest coach - Michael Mortensen - after just three months. Former No. 1 Caroline Wozniacki, who is set to fall out of the top 15 for the first time in more than five years, has parted ways with her second coach since January.
The Dane has tried working with several coaches since losing her top-ranking in 2012 but none of them seem to have been able to breakthrough the deep relationship between Wozniacki and her father Piotr, who continues to work with the Dane and has a huge influence over her.
In an interview with Danish media, Mortensen says that he wanted to change some aspects of her game but that the Dane was not ready for the same so they felt it was better for them not to work together at this point of time.
Wozniacki will drop to no. 16 in the rankings next week - her lowest in five years.
