Tennis: Great Britain's Heather Watson has reached her second WTA final of the career and in final she will be up against Madison Brengle who will be appearing in her first WTA final. At the Hobart Internationa WTA Tournament, the American qualifier, Brengle continued her dream week going, as she reached the final after entering as a qualifier.
The 24-year-old edged Japan's Kurumi Nara in 3 sets 6-4, 1-6, 6-3 in 1 hour and 42 minutes to reach the final. In the second semifinals, the last seeded player left in the draw, eighth seed Alison Riske was ousted by Heather Watson in straight sets 6-3, 7-5.
Watson has reached her first WTA final since winning her maiden in Japan in 2012. Watson and Brengle have met only once before, which was back in 2010 in Quebec City. Watson had won that meeting easily in straight sets.
