Nathan and Giselle Martin have been at the forefront of worldwide, tennis fitness innovation and tennis fitness training for the past 16 years.

They have helped players of all levels – from Wimbledon champions to social hitters and school kids – reach their potential through improved physical performance, injury reduction and ongoing education. The ‘Martin Method’, a brand name in the world of tennis fitness trainers, takes the experience and knowledge gleaned from working with athletes like Lleyton Hewitt, Sam Stosur, Martina Navratilova, Jennifer Capriati, Svetlana Kuznetsova and Monica Seles and applies it to all players of all standards.

It’s a complete tennis fitness program, stretching from warm up and cool down routines to speed, agility, power, tennis footwork and much more. Nathan and Giselle have trained five world number one players and are based in Bondi, Sydney.

Giselle Martin - Strength and Conditioning Trainer Giselle has worked on the WTA circuit since 1999, guiding Arantxa Sanchez, Martina Navratilova, Sam Stosur and Casey Dellacqua. Giselle was part of the 2000 Sydney Olympic medical team, working with competing athletes.

Nathan has worked on the ATP and WTA circuits since 1999, including a spell as head tennis trainer at the renowned Sanchez Casal tennis academy in Barcelona.

He works currently with Lleyton Hewitt while developing new programs to take tennis fitness forward and empower the next young group of players coming through. Mark Jones - Strength and Conditioning Trainer Mark has a broad sporting and athletic background with over 20 years experience in competitive tennis, Crossfit, gymnastics strength training, mobility, conditioning, Strongman and Iyengar yoga.

Mark brings this multi-disciplinary approach to his training (along with a good sense of humor & compassion). Mark trains hard year round, testing the latest research and modern trends on himself from the health, and fitness industries.
