On 4-6 0-0, serving down 15-30, Federer took the ball early to hit an unlikely winner, then on 1-0 he played an amazing lob, del Potro hit a tweener but the Swiss closed the point at the net. Still it wasn't enough to win, as the world No. 6 prevailed in the third set tie-break. Federer was seeking his 98th career-title, the eighth here.
