Rafa is ready for a new adventure in California, and a long preparation on American hard courts awaits the Spanish champion, who wants to try to be in the best possible conditions.

In fact, Nadal returns to play the Californian event from which he had been missing for two years. In 2022, his incredible streak of consecutive victories ended in Indian Wells, losing in the final to Taylor Fritz, after having triumphed at the ATP in Melbourne, the Australian Open and the Mexican Open.

In 2024, Nadal returned to the Brisbane International but, due to muscle fatigue, he was unable to participate in the Australian Open and subsequent tournaments for which he was registered on the entry list. From Indian Wells he will try to find the continuity necessary to compete at the highest levels and climb the world rankings.
