John McEnroe breaks up dancing, steals spotlight after Laver Cup win

John McEnroe stole the spotlight moments after Frances Tiafoe beat Stefanos Tsitsipas to grab the Laver Cup title for Team World. McEnroe showed his dancing skills while the other team members vibed alongside him. "Team World goes dancing in London," Laver Cup's social media team captioned the video.

Team World wins Laver Cup for 1st time

After four consecutive losses to Team Europe, Team World eventually won the Laver Cup at London's O2 Arena.

After the second day, Team Europe appeared to be on track to defend its title, leading 8-4 heading into Sunday's final matches. See how this year's tie between Europe and World unfolded in this article: Laver Cup: Frances Tiafoe delivers first title for Team World.

McEnroe on tennis after Williams and Federer

Former seven-time Grand Slam champion John McEnroe admitted that Roger Federer and Serena Williams were great tennis icons, but he believes the game will continue to progress even when the Federer and Williams eras are over.

“These two players are irreplaceable,” McEnroe said, per Tennis365. "I don’t think there is any question about that. The sport goes on no matter what, and we have witnessed that in every sport over time.

The opportunity is there to market these young kids in a way that I don’t think we have successfully done before. Serena and Roger probably have more fans than anybody in tennis. But, you know, there’s so many more players.

I think tennis is becoming so much more entertaining because you’re seeing so many new people win. It’s really exciting that going into these big events there are 10 different people that could potentially win. Hopefully their fans stay in the sport, want to keep watching”.
