Roland Garros, Wimbledon, Us Open and the Billie Jean King Cup: these were the last tournaments in the career of Carla Suarez Navarro, who officially hung up her racket and said goodbye to tennis. The Spaniard tennis player ended her adventure as a professional player at the age of 33 year-old.
2 WTA titles won out of eleven overall finals played for the Spanish champion, which was also number 6 in the world ranking. Carla Suarez Navarro has published on her Instagram account a very touching video compilation of images, which traces a little bit all of her experiences in her tour.
"Thank you for all these years! A precious chapter in my life has ended. Now a new stage on my path begins," wrote the athlete on social media.
