2004 - 4 Futures wins and Challenger debut in Kosice

2005 - 6 Futures finals with 2 titles in Italy and Ukraine on clay, ending the season ranked 421st

2006 - 2 Futures titles from 3 finals and a Challenger final in Binghamton, good enough for the place in the Top 250

2007 - First Grand Slam tournament at the Australian Open, as a qualifier, and he settled into Top 150 after reaching 3 Challenger finals, with a title in Kolding. Lost the last 4 matches he played

2008 - He qualified for the Australian Open once again but the other results were not that good, with just 3 Challenger quarter-finals, finishing outside Top 300

2009 - Lukas bounced back with 4 Futures titles by April and he won 2 Challenger crowns in Fergana and Seoul, with 4 more semi-finals. This was the first season he concluded in the Top 100

2010 - Another Top 100 year with 19 ATP wins and 5 quarter-final appearances in Chennai, Zagreb, Memphis, Halle, and Atlanta. Closed the year with a final run in Ortisei Challenger as a qualifier, losing to Michal Przysiezny

2011 - Lukas scored 4 ATP wins in the first 5 tournaments he played but the rest of the season was reserved for Challengers, winning titles in Izmir and Bratislava

2012 - 13 ATP wins and the place in the Top 50 for the first time. He advanced to the third round at the Australian Open as a qualifier and played in his first ATP final in Zagreb 2 weeks later, losing to Mikhail Youzhny. He also reached Wimbledon 3rd round and finished the season with a good Challenger run, reaching the semi-final in Bratislava and winning title in Helsinki

2013 - 3 ATP quarter-finals in Doha, Auckland, and Tokyo, with a Challenger final in Granby and a title in Bratislava

2014 - Another season inside the Top 100 after 14 ATP wins and quarter-finals in Atlanta and Shenzhen. He also won Challenger in Tashkent

2015 - 3 ATP wins and 1 Challenger title from 5 titles, finishing the season outside the Top 100

2016 - A similar season to the previous one, with 4 ATP wins including 2 at Wimbledon. He also made one Challenger final and played in additional 4 semi-finals

2017 - He reached the third round in Melbourne as a qualifier and in his first ATP quarter-final since 2014 in Atlanta. Won indoor Challengers in Bratislava and Brescia to finish inside the Top 100
